"Jibber jabber
The person waiting on everyone this day was very nice but did not have a clue that people had something else to do other then wait for him to stop jibber jabbering. It took no less then 8-10 minutes to check out a customer because he could not focus on the task, being nice guy but when you have people waiting to in in the store to buy something please speed things up.
I had been by the day before and never got out of my car because people were waiting outside the door in light rain.
PS did not buy the helmet I wanted just gloves because I feared I would be there all day.

"I went in to buy a ram mount and a transition visor for my helmet.
Took like 20 minutes to actually talk to somebody about what they had in stock, and while I was waiting I realized the pair of TCX boots I had bought at another store (not this location) had a faulty zipper. By the time someone made time for me, I figured I was invested in the experience so I may as well discuss the faulty boots, as well.
They told me if I didn't have the receipt, they couldn't help on the boots, which is completely untrue.
I told them they would be in the computer system, and they said they'd have to call the other store. I offered to call for them.
Basically , an hour later, I left with a ram mount, no answer on availability of a transition visor for my helmet, and a bad taste in my mouth. The guy at the store said "he'd be in touch" about the boots, but I should try to take them to a cobbler myself and just pay to have the zipper replaced.
It's been a week and he has decidedly not been in touch.
All told, the experience I had at this location makes me disappointed I ever went to ANY of their locations.
Bummer.
